2.Pontoons information

The hull consists of 3 box-like pontoons, one main pontoons and two side pontoons. The connection between pontoons

is by high intensity bolts and nuts.

The operation cabin and rest room are also dismountable which allows dredger pass low bridge easily.

What's more, all units of the dredger can be easily transported by road or rail due to its dismountable design.

3.Main engine and auxiliary engine information

All above engines are installed in the main pontoon.

The main engine supplies power for dredge pump through gear box.

The auxiliary engine supplies power to all hydraylic system.

The emergency genset supplies electricity for lighting and emergency use when the dredge doesn’t work.

4. Hydraulic system

 An integral hydraulic system includes hydraulic oil tanks, hydraulic pump, hydraulic valve manifold, solenoid valve,

hydraulic pipes, hydraulic components, electrical actuator and so on.

The hydraulic system requirements are very high and strict, it’s the main artery of the entire dredger. The swing winches,

lifting winch and cutter head are all driven by seperate hydraulic motors.

The spud cylinder is hydraulic powered to lift spuds, the alternate swing of spuds will move the dredger.

5.Oil consumption and diesel oil differences

 You also have numerous options to equip the dredger as you want to increase capacity. Customization is welcome!

Optional equipments

-Anchor booms (2 booms for one dredger)

-Spud trolley (to carry the 2 spuds automatically)

-Submerged dredge pump (to increase the dredging depth)

All cutter suction dredgers will be completely assembled and fully tested in our factory before they are delivered. 

After the final testing,each dredger will be dismantled and packed in bulk for shipping.

When all units arrived at your work sites, our engineers will come to guide, teach and train your staff to debug and operate

the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.

Usually, there are steel pipelines and PE pipelines, customers can buy them from us or themselves.

If customers have special requirement, the pipeline and the floats can be customized from suppliers.

Regarding packaging, pipelines and floats are putted into 40" high container for shipping.

Generally, customers need to buy more pipelines, because the pipeline route will be bend for time saving.

 The cutter head is driven by hydraulic motor, and sealed in lubrication for bearing.

 Each cutter has 5 blades, 6 teeth equipped on each blade.Its material contain Cr. to prevent easy-wearing.
